Shanghai Belling Corp., Ltd. (上海贝岭), established in September 1988, is a Chinese fabless analog IC and power device company. It was the first joint venture between a domestic and foreign entity in China's IC industry, and in 1998, it became the first Chinese semiconductor company to go public. The company focuses on power chain (power management, power devices, motor drives) and signal chain (data converters, power metering chips, IoT front-ends, non-volatile memories) products. These components serve markets including automotive electronics, industrial control, renewable energy, and consumer products. The company has a state-class R&D center and is a major domestic supplier.
