Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (士兰微), founded in September 1997, is an integrated circuit design and manufacturing company. The company is a prominent IDM (Integrated Device Manufacturer) with capabilities for 6-inch, 8-inch, and 12-inch wafers, as well as advanced compound semiconductor devices. It specializes in green power supply chips, MEMS sensors, LED lighting and display technology, and high-voltage smart power modules. Their products include ICs, power modules, discrete devices, MCUs, and optoelectronic products, serving consumer electronics, industrial, and automotive markets. Silan Microelectronics was the first IC design company to be publicly listed in China and is one of the largest in the country.
