Allwinner provides a comprehensive software development kit and has gained support from software ecosystem partners like CODESYS and OneOS, forming a complete development ecosystem from chip to system.

Application Scenarios

  • Industrial Control: PLC equipment, where the Cortex-A7 cores handle logic operations and data communication, and the RISC-V core implements real-time I/O control, improving device response speed.
  • Power Industry: Power monitoring terminals, where the wide-temperature design and national cryptographic security features adapt to outdoor scenarios like substations and distributed energy resources, ensuring the stability of data acquisition and transmission.
  • New Energy: PV inverters, monitoring the status of photovoltaic components via CAN-FD interfaces, and controlling power devices via PWM interfaces to achieve Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT); Charging piles, supporting 4G module and payment system integration, and connecting metering modules via the LocalBus interface to improve charging service efficiency.

Ecosystem Cooperation & Productization Progress

Forlinx Embedded has released an SoM solution based on the T153 – the FET153-S core board, measuring 44mm × 35mm, using a stamp hole + LGA connector, and exposing 185 pins. Simultaneously, they launched the OK153-S development board as an evaluation platform, equipped with rich expansion features including an RGB LCD interface, 3x USB 2.0 HOST interfaces, and 2x RS485 interfaces.

Touchtux has also simultaneously released a T153 core board, sized 38×38mm, using an 8-layer board with immersion gold process, supporting NAND Flash/eMMC storage options, with all components supporting an industrial operating temperature range of -40~85°C.

At the launch event, Allwinner Technology presented certification certificates to five initial certified ecosystem partners: Forlinx Embedded, MYIR Electronics, Tronlong Technology, Hezhong Hengyue Technology, and Rayson Technology, to jointly promote industrial intelligent upgrading.

With the ongoing advancement of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing, the T153, leveraging its high performance, high reliability, and stable supply, is expected to play a significant role in fields such as industrial control, power energy, and intelligent transportation, aiding China’s industrial intelligent upgrade.
